This is a real "survivor" car, a pull-handle 3-main original paint British Racing Green MGB with 47,000 original miles. A great car that is here to be made even better. We're going to fix the localized rust, repaint the BRG, rebuild the gearbox, and finish the interior.

Driver's side completed, new inner and outer panels, and repairs to the lower castle rail done
RH side completed in the same manner
We pulled the drivetrain to rebuild the gearbox, and cosmetically address the engine bay and engine.
Draining the gearbox for inspection 2nd gear synchronizer with extreme wear - after disassembly we found it was jammed, causing very difficult shifting. Dirty empty engine bay
All components removed Scrubbed down in preparation for sanding and paint engine after a complete degreasing, refinished in proper MG Red
Back from the paint shop in our favourite shade of BRG.
External trim going back on Original grille, polished and reinstalled
Front chrome and lights complete Engine bay coming back together
Rear shelf carpeting insulating the tunnel Tunnel carpeting. We prefer the non-molded kits, as they provide a more correct appearance when fit properly
All rubber mats scrubbed and cleaned, and seats reinstalled
